The Gordon Center for Black Culture and Arts Fund (Gordon Center) has obtained 501(c)3 charitable exempt status, as a component fund under the Rockland Community Foundation. We are one step closer to accomplishing our mission.

The Gordon Center for Black Culture & Arts Fund is dedicated to commemorating the history and promoting the cultural, educational and artistic development and enrichment of the African Diaspora through its programs and activities, including those which advocate social justice. This shall ensure the continuance of the legacy and philosophy of the work of Drs. Edmund and Susan Gordon.

Our Fund and Donation Capabilities are LIVE!

The Gordon Center for Black Culture & Arts Fund is dedicated to commemorate the history and promote the cultural, educational and artistic development and enrichment of the African Diaspora through its programs and activities, including those which advocate social justice. We are also able to accept checks made out directly to the “Gordon Center for Black Culture and Arts Fund”.  All donations are tax- deductible as permitted by law.
